How Ordering Custom Merch Works:
Pick Your Product & Place Your Order: Select the item you want to customize (tee, canvas, mug, candle, puzzle, etc.) and choose your options like size, color, or scent directly on the store page.
Submit Your Design & Details: Upload your artwork, logo, or image during checkout or email your design files along with any specific layout notes or text requests.
Review Your Digital Proof: I’ll prepare a high-resolution digital mock-up showing exactly how your design will look on the product and send it over for your approval before printing.
Production & Printing: Once you give the green light (within 2 revisions), your item goes into production—printed using durable, high-definition inks or hand-poured with care.
Quality Check & Shipping: Every piece undergoes a final quality check before being carefully packaged and shipped straight to your door with tracking provided.
